ALL FLATS ARE IN AS-IS USED CONDITION.

PAYMENT IS DUE ON PICK UP DAY.

All rentals must have a Credit Card Authorization form on file.

Flats must be returned in the condition they were rented. Loss and Damage price is 4x the weekly rate. An additional $150 L&D fee applies for unapproved alterations.

Any added holes larger than a quarter, texture or damage will be assessed and billable.

Two free jacks are included for the first wall, and one free jack for each additional wall.
