Happy Earth Day!
Today marks the 40th anniversary of Earth Day and the official relaunch of our website.
We were happy to find out that EcoSet was mentioned in today’s issue of Variety, in an article about the entertainment industry’s green efforts.
Every year, the Solid Waste Task Force releases a press release on Earth Day, detailing the environmental efforts of the major studios.
The Variety article commented on their latest press release, reporting that the ”major movie studios collectively diverted more than 40 million pounds — or 66 percent — of their studio sets and other solid waste from landfills last year”
